Clearity is a visual negative thoughts tracker designed to help users log daily thoughts, track intensity, and build awareness over time through a dot-per-day timeline.
The app includes a 30-day timeline, daily thought cards, intensity selection, and optional clear-mind check-ins.
Clearity offers one paid plan at $12 per year, with a 3-day free trial for eligible users.
Clearity is a self-reflection and tracking tool. It is not medical advice, psychotherapy, crisis support, or a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact emergency services immediately.
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to collection and use of information as described there, including AI analysis to identify your most used triggers and repeated negative thoughts in Insights. We do not sell your data.
The Service, including branding and software, is owned by Clearity. You retain ownership of the thoughts and notes you enter, and grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to users, systems, or service integrity.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clearity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates are effective when posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
